Why is connector not synching my outlook e-mail when hitting send?

I have Outlook connector set to take 2 hotmail and office live accounts and
download into Outlook 2003. Just started today and was working fine earlier.
Now its not - have logged off and back on a couple times. When hit
send/receive it hangs up and just sits there. If I go to the actual web mail,
I can get the messages. Any ideas?
