We recently migrated 1/3 of our users from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2007. It
was brought to our attention that Free Busy Information for Re-Occurring
Appointments were not properly displaying.
Currently we are running the “Outlook.exe /cleanfreebusy†command to
resolve the issue. I am writing to see if there are any procedures we should
follow to avoid or prevent this from occurring.
