What do you mean by "embedded" - the HTML tags are displayed instead of
rendered? If this is the case, then the sender's mail client does not
mark the the content-type as text/html.
Not necessarily - ask the person to not BCC you or wait for the fix which
may never come.
If you own a version of office that includes outlook, then you might benefit
from the upgrade - but I would probably not buy it just to fix this problem.
