Any ideas on this? One of our users has HTML set as their default email format when they compose email. However, when he sends an email the Mac users always get RTF gibberish, starting with this line:
{\rtf1\ansi\ansicpg1252\fromhtml1 \fbidis \deff0{\fonttbl
Which, according to my research, means that his html encoded email was converted to an RTF stream. What would cause an Outlook client to do this if RTF is not chosen as the preferred format?
TIA...
