Why is my legal office reinstall rejecting my product key ?

Our computer began to crash. We took it to the Geek Squad to fix, but when
we try reinstalling Microsoft Professional Edition 2003, it keeps rejecting
the product key we got when we bought it 2 years ago. How can we get our
software which we purchased reinstalled?

Take it back to Geek Squad and ask them why they didn't fix your computer
properly..

Howdy,

I have had the same experience...

I called MS, and within moments was given a new key that
worked fine.
