Why is my powerpoint not allowing me to use clips art ?

when I try to insert a clip art into my power point presentation, I get an
error message saying for me to insert the disk for windows 2000 which is what
I have.
I never uninstalled it, so I don't know why I should reinstall it.
Is there any thing else I can do ??

Does it say what file it's looking for? My guess is the clipart you've opted
to insert is not located on your harddrive, but on the CD, and so you need
to insert the CD in the drive so the clip gallery can pull the clip and
insert it into your file.
