Address: aarkair.com, I have put together a quote form for our clients and
have one consistant problem which is: after completing the form it takes you
to the confirmation page, at the bottom it states (Go Back to Form) when an
error has occured. Going back to form ERASES all the information the client
has already put in so they have to start over. WHY?
Issue #2 more serious: in a weeks period we may have 100 clients completing
form and of those 100, 30 may come back FRUSTRATED claiming that the
confirmation form has explained that there are many errors in form they must
fix. Ex: I have used the default use text and numbers in all boxes and the
error will state that the box can only accept #'s or only accept text. I go
back make the correction, save the changes on original and website and client
#10 may come back with the same issue but another box. As if changes had
never been made. I spoke with webhost who told me to either call Microsoft or
completely redo the form. Can anyone HELP!!!
