why is my word program locked?

i cant unlock my word program. i also cant activate it because it says i have
activated up to the limit for the product key. what am i suppose to do?

Depending on which version of Word you have, your End User
License Agreement allows you to install and use your copy of Word
on one or two or three computers. It appears you are trying to
install and use your copy of Word on more computers than you are
licensed for. The solution is to go to your favorite software
retailer and purchase another copy of Word, which you can then
install on one or two or three more computers (depending on which
version of Word you purchase).

Alternatively, if you are trying to *move* Word from one computer to another
(and it is a retail version licensed for use on any computer, not an OEM
version), then you may need to use the phone activation option.
