Why is Office Outlook 2003 wanting to add Office 2000 SR 1.0?

Every time I look for possible updates for Office 2003, the MS web site wants
to load Office Outlook 2000 Service Release 1a? Is this part of Office 2003?

Check under Add/Remove programs in control panel to see if you have an
Office 2000 program still installed, such as Front Page or another program
not included in the 2003 Office skus.
