Why is Outlook blocking a certain person from e-mailing me?

As of yesterday, outlook is blocking my mother from e-mailing me from her aol
account. She is not using any of the junk phrases. Yet She keeps getting them
back. It has to be something with outlook and I haven't changed anything.
What's Up?

Ask your mother for the error message. It may be that either your ISP is
blocking AOL mail (spammers) or your mail box at your ISP is full.
