Hello. I'm using Windows XP with Outlook 2002 - I have 2 user accounts on the
PC, me and my wife. If I launch Outlook my memory usage is around 20,000k -
not a problem. If my wife launches Outlook from her profile the peak mem
usage hits anything up to 275,000k and current "mem usage" is anything from
150,000k - 250,000k. This obv slows PC down and does not allow any other
applications to run. Uninstalled and reinstalled office to no avail. Deleted
all temp files and messages - still no joy. It has worked fine in the past
but something has happened and I can't seem to solve it. Ran Microsoft
Spyware and Norton scan - found nthg. Any idea what could be causing the
massive memory usage? I'm stuck! Thanks
