Why is Outlook"unable to display folder"?

J

Jenni

The other day I checked my sent messages folder in Outlook, and when I
clicked back to my inbox, it says it is "Unable to Display the folder". I
didn't change anything. I am using Windows XP and it just went away. Now I
can't view any of the emails I had in my inbox. Thanks for any help!

You should ask in an Outlook support newsgroup, Jenni. This newsgroup
supports the OneNote program only.

I think this happens because the two newsgroups:

microsoft.public.onenote
microsoft.public.outlook

are immediately adjacent to each other in the list of newsgroups. I've
clicked on the wrong one myself from time to time.

Not sure what can be done about it short of changing the name, but
thought I'd mention it anyway.
