What John said and...if you are pressing Alt-F8 or Tools>Macro>Macros to run
the macro, you have to have a macro selected from the list. Finally, it is
possible that macros are disabled. What is your macro security setting? If
it is set correctly, it should ask you if you want to enable macros when you
start the presentation. In 2007, this is a bit confusing as it does not come
up with a dialog box but rather has a little information bar that lets you
enable macros when you first open the presentation. Oh, and one more thing,
if you are using 2007, be sure the file is saved as a .pptm (macro-enabled
PowerPoint presentation), not a .pptx.
