why is signature block double spaced, when I add our co. logo?

when I add my signature in "outlook", while typing it, it is single spaced,
after I add the co. logo, and go to send a new message, the signature block
is double spaced.

I see the problem. I am also looking for how to get rid of the two lines. I
need to start under the logo. Is a macro the way to go ro another way?
