Why is the site I published in Publisher loading to the far right

After creating a basic site in Publisher, after it's published to the web, in
IE, it loads to the far right. It's loading correctly in FireFox, though.
What could be the problem?

Also which version of Publisher are you using, and are you using the free
hosting by GoDaddy?
