Why is the WORD mail merge truncating information?

I have a prayer list set up in excel that I merge into a Word document. It
is truncating a part of some of prayer request fields. Is there a limit to
the amount of characters that can merge?

Word 93

I assume you were in a hurry and actually mean Word 2003 (93 might mean Word 6.0,
but I doubt it...)

In the Word 2002/2003 section of my site's MailMerge FAQ there's a discussion
about changing how Word connects. See if you can get Word to connect using DDE,
instead.
