Why is there a comma in the second line of the mail merge wizard

Is there an update that removes the comma in the second line down on the
address block on mail merge wizard in Office 2003 please

I think you'd be better off not using the address block option, and instead
building your own 'block' from the relevant address fields in your data
source...
