Why is there a Zoom In limit?

I have a very large visio drawing, and has gotten to the point where Visio
will only go to 114% on the zoom in... How can I change this to zoom in
further? (Saved as a jpg, the file is 20,000 pixels, by 4,000 if that helps
with seeing the size of the file)

There are a maximum number of screen pixels that Visio can use to display a
drawing page. If the size of the page is very large, then the ability to
zoom into that page is limited.
