why isn't there any clipart in publisher 2003?

I got a new computer a month ago and now have office publisher 2003. I want
to use the clip art option but I only have one or two pictures. Why???

Publisher 2003 didn't come with many clipart items. However, you may choose
"Clip Art online" and download to your heart's content.
