I have seen this article

my issue: once you do what this article says and put in three weeks, you hit
the save and close button and it comes up and says "due in 2 weeks" -- this
is what I am not understanding how to change. My user got a reminder
yesterday that said this appt. he set up to be in 3 weeks -- came up with a
reminder yesterday (which was right 3 weeks), but the reminder should have
also stated that the appoint is due in 3 weeks, not 2.
