Why links turned off only for some email sources?

Some news organizations email me articles and I can open them in Outlook 2003
without any trouble. But one, whom I trust, emails me articles and when I
try to open them Outlook tells me that "to help protect my security, links
have been turned off in this message." I have no trouble viewing the article
from the source's website with IE Explorer. How do I enable links to
messages from this source without turning on links for messages from all
sources? My OS is Win XP and my default browser is IE 6.0.
