Why "Memo Style" and not "Print One Page" in Outlook 2007?

I want to be able to print the first page, or all the pages, of my e-mails.

Memo Style only allows me to print odd or even pages - what possible use is
this?

Surely Microsoft are going to be responsible for the destruction of vast
swathes of rain forest if we all have to print every single page (or at best
half) of multi-page e-mails?

Previous versions of Outlook allowed me to print whichever pages I wanted,
as long as I used HTML format, but now even HTML uses Memo Style.

Why retain a printing style that will inevitably waste paper, and is so
restrictive? Surely with a new version of software, we expect more flexible
options to become available, not a reduction to one inefficient method?
