Why Mini toolbar does not contain left and right justify ?

Powerpoint displays left and right justify. I use it mor in Word than

I have no idea why they were left off (nor, really, any idea why they
did a lot of the other things in the new interface). But the keyboard
shortcuts are easy to remember: Ctrl+L for left justify and Ctrl+R for
right justify.
