Why missing photo JPEG on my site?

Hello,
I added a JPEG photo to my site. However I see an empty frame with a small
white box with a red X in it in the upper left corner. The link works fine.
All my other photo JPEGs are fine.
Many thanks for any suggestions!
p.s. In FrontPage both in "normal" view and "preview" mode the photo shows
up fine.
