Dear all,
I have read crefully all the answers of the community and suggestions on
this issue.
I used the "Detect and repair" feature including the restoration of default
settings, and it turned that the operation was successful. However, the issue
persists.
I used both, the key strokes Ctrl+C followed by Ctrl+V and the menubar
buttons Copy and Paste. I attached to my Laptop a new external keyboard (I
suspected that its keyboard may be defect) and I got the same result: when
trying to copy and paste I am prompted that the Clipboard is full, that my
text was not collected and then a bitmap picture of the screen is inserted
into my document.
Moreover, I used the Clipboard feature "Clear all"; the Clipboard is emptied
of all the 24 bitmap pictures, but immediately it starts to fill again
without any command. I tried to delete one by one the pictures but they come
back again in no time. I am very unhappy with this and please someone help me!
Many thanks,
George
