Why no Onenote icon in Outlook or Word

I am running Office 2007. I have lastest updates installed.

In Outlook the addin ONBttnOL.dll is installed and active.

I find no addin to add to Word.

How do I install icons to Office apps for OneNote?

How do I install icons to Office apps for OneNote?

Only for certain parts of Outlook add-ins for OneNote are available.
This is not the case for other Office applications.
Therefore there are no icons to be installed in any other Office apps.
