why no portuguese dictionary in office 2003

I installed Office SBE 2003 and need to check Word documents written in my
"poor" Portuguese (Portugal). I see that this has no "ABC" tick when I select
the language. Spanish and other languages are supported. Any ideas please

The English language edition of MS Office 2003 includes English, French and Spanish tools. Portugese and other languages are
available in the supplemental purchase, MS Office 2003 Proofing Tools Kit.

Angola, and have no "street address" to which the CD could be sent. Is there
a downloadable version?

Outside of the U.S. the Proofing Tool Kit sales are by 3rd party resellers rather than by Microsoft, so one of them may offer it via
online purchase, but I haven't run across one that does.
