Iv'e published a site.
than Iv'e published another site on top of the old one.
Front page didn't ask me whether I want to delete the old files,
and left them on the remote web-site.
do i have to delete them manualy?
isn't it going to couse problems later?
I know that CGI-BIN folder should not be touched!!
That all i know.
What to do?

Why shouldn't you touch the cgi-bin?
Publish using changed pages only and the remaining old files should be
deleted.

It simply over-wrote the old versions of the files....but it won't delete
anything unless you delete it. (it would be dangerous to let FP delete
anything without your knowledge).

I've noticed the same thing. I always publish changed pages only. Usually,
FP asks if I want to remove a page on the published site that is missing
from my local site. But there are several files on my domain that are not
on my local site. I think that's what amircha is asking about. It's a
mystery to me, too. Apparently, FP doesn't ask, doesn't tell about some
files :)
