Why Outlook 2002 crashs when Contacts is clicked.

I have recently inatalled aH HP iPAQ 6915 and installed the copy of Outlook
2002 which came with it. When I open it and click on Contacts it always
crashes. I have tried Outlook 2003 but it also refuses to open with message
that MAPI32.dll is corrupt or wrong version. I have reinstalled MAPi32.dll
but it doen't help.

I am locked away from my Contact info, which is vital to my business.
