why outlook occurs serious problem when i call outlook

I write an outlook addin using vc6.0, and in another program i want to
send a mail, so in my program i call outlook, but
outlook will collapse, and tell me need to disable my addin.
but if i start outlook by hand, outlook will be fine, and my addin can
work corectly.
any help?
