why project & project central database without primary integreties

hi,

i would liketo know why project db and project central db
does have any primary key, foreign keys exists between
them. no relations why?

The business logic in the application takes care of them.
The key relationships are complicated and while I am not positive, I believe
that it would require a large number of intermediate tables to allow project
to work correctly. Go ahead and put the relationships in and see what
happens. Project will break.
