Why the "Insert Category" button in my Word 2007 (blog) is grey?

I am trying to post a blog from MS Word by using Create a New Blog post and I
have set up an account (Blogger account) in MS Word but I wonder why I can't
click the Insert Category in it?

Some of the blog providers don't support the Category function, I think. I
have also found that the categories available are those already defined with
the blog provider (my blog is at WordPress, and I have to create the
categories in the WordPress Settings before I can use them in Word).

There are *lots* of KB articles about blog posts, one of which is
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=928297, "A new category is not created or
recognized when you use Word 2007 to publish a new blog post to a typepad or
to a community server account." Don't bother reading the article; it just
says MS is aware of the problem!
