Why the Outlook program won't open?

When I try to open the Office Outlook, I get message saying, "The connection
to the microsoft exchange server is unavailable." I guess I shouldn't have
chosen this server but I didn't know which one to choose. Now I don't know
how to go back and change the Microsoft Exchange Server to other choices.

You should post to an Outlook support newsgroup, and when you do include
which version of Outlook you are running and what updates/plug-ins you have
on the system, too. This newsgroup supports the OneNote program.
