why the print setup button is not displayed in Access report

hello all,

i have made a MDE m but when i run it at client's computer, the print setup
button is not displayed. but the print button is displayed in the tool bar.,
when i run it in my computer, it is displyed. any idea wht is happening.

pls help

Hi
this is by design - in MDE you can not make changes to report design, that
is why print setup button is disabled

thanx a lot for your replay.
i was refering to the report tht is generated in an MDE. when we generate a
data report in MDE, and if you specify the option(allow built in tool bar) to
show the print and printer setup short cut buttons in MDE startup option, it
will be displayed.

actually it is displayed in my computer. but when i run the mde in client's
machine , all the short cut buttons, except the print setup button is
displayed.

maybe you have runtime installed there?
