I'm not using office 2007.
Why all the word in a bad solution? not clear?
Is any thing i set wrong?

If you're not using Office 2007, what are you using?
Are you trying to say that your Outlook emails are blank? If so, are they
the ones you receive or the ones you send? If this is not the problem, please
explain what is.
