WHY THIS?

IN WORD 2002, WHEN I TRY TO OPEN A DOCUMENT, I GET THIS MESSAGE.
THERE IS INSUFFICIENT MEMORY OR DICK SPACE. WORD CANNOT DISPLAY THE
REQUESTED FONT.

Are you using a floppy disk or other removable media? (If so, don't. Write
back for ideas on what to do instead.)

I went to Microsoft.com/updates and look for updates on Office for Win. XP
and let it check for necessary updates then downloaded these updates sp1 &sp2
and 2 others. After a reboot, everything works AOK. Thanks. JJ
