why when I do a activesynch my appointmets in the calendar change.

I have a HP Pocket PC, eveyrhting works fine but the calendar, for example, I
set up an appoinment in Outlook for 2.30 PM, when I do the Activesync, it
gets copy as 3.30 pm in my Pocket PC! instead of 2.30. So you can imagine how
may appointments I have messed up trusting my pocket pc...
PLEASE HELP!!!!
