WHY when I reply/forward an email in Outlook 2003 the hourglass th

When I am in Outlook 2003, I tried to email a friend an "End of Auction"
email from Ebay. Well, when I clicked forward, it was about 7-10 seconds
before the "new mail" poped up. It's like it had to download all the "stuff"
in the email before the new mail screen popped up! I did this frequently in
Outlook Express 6 and never had this problem...until now. I went and
disabled my email scan in my McAfee Viruscan. When I reply/forward, The new
mail should pop up immediately right?? PLEASE PLEASE let me know how to
change this. That is my ONLY problem I am having with Outlook 2003.
DESPERATELY seeking help/advice for a fix. Thanks for your time in
advance!!!!

Try disabling IM integration at the bottom of Tools>Options>Other.
