Why white space above company name?

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger)
Processor: Power PC

I some company names I see a white space above name. I pulled out all my columns wide, and I tried to backspace delete, can't seem to solve this. any ideas? thanks.

If there are no spaces to the left of the first character of the company
name in the formula bar, then check on the right side. Maybe there are
trailing spaces. If neither, then just change the row height.
