Why will my Psion 5Mx not syncronise with Outlook 2000?

I go into syncronise in Outlook 2000 with my connection open to my Psion 5MX.
The dialog comes up syncronising. The line on my taskbar shows data
tranferring. Then up comes syncronising completed - but syncronising log
space is not active. The agenda nor contacts appear in Outlook

Do you have them checked in ActiveSync to sync? Try reposting this in
microsoft.public.pocketpc.activesync - the real experts hang out there. Be
sure to include your version of Activesync.
