why will my web page not come up when I try to edit

I had no trouble at all editing my web page for the first couple of weeks.
Now it just sits with the hour glass and will not show the site. Can anyone
help?

Go here: http://www.95isalive.com/fixes/fpclean.htm and download
FPCleaner (with Expression Web Designer and SharePoint Designer support).
Download links are at the bottom of the page. Run the functions that clear
the Hidden Temporary files and the Hidden Cache (*.web) files.
