Why will outlook not open

I have been using Outlook 2003 for many months now without any problems.
However today when I have tried to open Outlook on my desk top PC the
following message appears and I cannot open Outlook: -

Cannot Start Microsoft Office Outlook. Unable to open the Outlook window.
The set of folders could not be opened. The server is not available. Contact
yor administrator if this problem persists.

I do not have the same problem on my lap top PC

Try creating a new mail profile here: Control Panel->Mail Icon->Profiles.
