Why won't a hyperlink in a text box work when I PDF it?

I am trying to create a hyperlink in a newsletter and it is sitting in a text
box. When I got to PDF the document, all the links work except for the one in
the text box. What can I do to fix this?

What version of Word are you using? What are you using to make the pdf?
