Why won't Entourage open maximised?

Hi,

Just a quick question. For some reason Entourage has started opening in a
small window (approx' quarter screen) despie being maximised for use &
maximised when quit? Anyone know how I can ensure it opens maximised?
Probably a no-brainer, I know.
