Why won't frames work?

First off, let me say I know frames are terrible, and nobody should ever use
them. However, for what I need to do, it is the only option for me. I have to
make a website using frames. I have made this site with frontpage, and it
works very well, until I post it to the web server. Then if I click on a
link, it just brings up a blank page. I am only using 2 frames, and one of
them is not even visible. It is being used to house a musical file, that
plays while browsing the site. The entire site is in the other frame, links
and all. I'm well aware there are better ways of doing this, but as I said,
it has to be frames. When previewing it in frontpage everything works
perfectly. But when it is posted, The main page works fine, but if I click on
any link at all, it just gets a blank page. Feel free to take a look and see
what I mean. www.ninjagrizzlybear.azurenight.com If you can get past the name
I have to use here, I would appreciate any help. Of course the index is not
in frames, but clicking enter will bring you to the frames page, and the
links therein will bring you to the problem.

Start by removing all spaces (%20) from file and folder names, also make sure all file and folder
name, as well as the link are lowercase unless hosted on a Windows IIS web server, then republish
your site.

As far as I can tell, there aren't any spaces. Everything is lower case. I
know frontpage has a tendency to add spaces into links for no apparent reason
when I publish, so I go and double check to make sure it didn't do that.
When I mouse over the link after it has been published, it shows no spaces or
%20 symbols. I do notice that whenever I close frontpage and open it back up,
it places the following in front of my links: %5bU%5d On mouse over is places
a in front of the page name. How do I keep this from happening? Is this
why frames won't work when I publish? Thank you.

A little harsh on the "frame love," don't-cha think? They can be very
helpful when you know how to use and manipulate them. My website has several
frames on each page and not only do they work fine in IE, but work equally
well in Firefox (with the exception of a spacing problem in F.F. on two of
the very bottom frames, which i cannot fix because my remote server access is
screwed up...currently seeking help for that). Nice site, though. All the
links are working fine though so i am assuming u fixed it (with the exception
of the music frame apparently). I like the pitures with the different
directions and such...sweet clips, pics, and gifs, LOL insanity!
