Why won't Microsoft word save?

Everytime I try to save a document in Microsoft Word, it will not let me. It
tells me to close other open programs, but I have no other programs open. I
have had a technician look at it, and he cannot figure it out either. Help!

Please quote the entire error message exactly and completely. As
a guess... if you're using Symantec/Norton AntiVirus, try
disabling the Office Plugin that comes with it (but don't disable
Norton AutoProtect). See
