Why won't my Outlook calendar print in color?

I have color coded a variety of appointments on my calendar for easy
reference. The calendar shows up in color in Print Preview, but it only
prints in grayscale on the printer. Yes, it is a color printer! I have no
problem printing Word & PowerPoint documents or Outlook emails in color. Is
there a trick to getting the Outlook calendar to print in color, or is this a
MS Office 2003 "feature"?

Thanks. Turning off gray shading works in the weekly view, but the monthly
view prints in pure black and white. How do you get color in the monthly
view?
