Why won't my wallpaper show when I preview my site?

Confused by FrontPage

The wallpaper displays on the Design screen, but not the Preview screen
within FrontPage or the Preview on Browser (Internet Explorer). How can I
correct this?

Publish the page with all the images and other files associated with then
page, and post a link to it. For rendering problems we need to *see* what
you have done.
