Why won't Outlook 03 allow me to connect to my Hotmail account?

I have a paid Hotmail subscription.

My older version of Outlook connected just fine to my Hotmail account, but
since I've upgraded to 03, I haven't been able to get it to connect again.

I am not able to get past the Internet E-mail - Hotmail Logon window. And
then, I get the following Error message: "! Task 'Hotmail: Folder:Inbox
Synchronizing headers.' reported error (0x800CCC32) : 'Access to the account
was denied. Verify that your username and password are correct. The server
responded 'Invalid login.'.'

Here's what happens:
1. Open Outlook.
2. Click on the Tools dropdown menu and select E-mail Accounts.
3. Select Add a new e-mail account and click on Next.
4. In the Server Type window, select HTTP.
5. In the Internet E-mail Settings (HTTP) window, type in User and Logon
Information. Server Information is already set to Hotmail. Click on Next.
6. Receive Congratulations! message stating You have successfully entered
all the information required to setup your account. Click on Finish.
7. Internet E-mail - Hotmail Logon window opens automatically. Enter User
Name and Password and click on OK.
8. Internet E-mail - Hotmail Logon window pops up again asking for my User
Name and Password. Re-enter User Name and Password and click on OK and
window pops up again.
9. Can't get past the Internet E-mail - Hotmail Logon window.

I'd start with a new mail profile, but since you pay MSn for a hotmail
account, you should avail yourself of MSN's support.
