I am trying to set up the automatic backup utility so my mailbox will prompt
me to make a copy when I schedule it. The "backup" name is not appearing in
the Outlook file menu and when I reinstall it, I am told it is already
installed. When I uninstall it and reinstall it, there is no change. Anyone
have any idea what is wrong? I have tried the install by disconnecting all
security software and it makes no difference.
